I just returned from working at this Medishare hospital for a week, as a nurse, in the adult tent. It’s an amazing place! The people – the patients, their families, the volunteers – are all so inspiring! I hope i can return!!
Hello,
I was fortunate enough to work at Camp Love a Child at the HHI Disaster Relief Center in april. I am currently a NICU RN in Boise Idaho, and want to help out in september in your NICU/PICU. Would you send me information on your hospital. I would love to come down.
Thanks,
James Byrd
If you would like to volunteer, you can sign up online at https://secure.med.miami.edu/Volunteer_for_Haiti/. We do have a need for NICU nurses. We are now asking all volunteers to pay a $300 fee to offset operational costs.
